This weekend isn’t over yet.  I snowboarded today up at Eldora with Ellie and Julia.  We endured heavy falling snow for most of the day.  Sticky powder.  I might have to wax my board.  Julia’s ski came off here going through the tunnel.  She borrowed her mom’s skis and might need her own.  Hint, hint.

Ellie has improved tremendously since we last went boarding.  Her recent lesson is paying dividends as she can masterfully switch now from heel to toe.

Both Ellie and I invested in some better goggles.  These fit while wearing glasses, which we both wear.  They include a neck scarf that easily attaches via magnet.  Perfect face protection for the windy slopes of Eldora.
